The Skinny On "Vitamin D3 Sulfate"

produced directly from sunlight

-A Game Changer -

Conrad LeBeau
The vitamin D formed on the skin from exposure to UVB rays from the sun or a tanning bed produces “Vitamin D3 Sulfate,” a form that is different and has far more health benefits and no adverse effects. Regular vitamin D3 is usually manufactured from lanolin, an ingredient found in sheep’s wool.
For years I have had personal doubts that the vitamin D3 in capsule form had the same health benefits as the vitamin D produced by sunlight or ultraviolet light from a sun tanning bed. One example – I have long observed that vitamin D capsules did not improve the quality of sleep whereas sunlight and tanning beds did, and that is just the tip of the iceberg.
The research and paradigm by Dr. Seneff on how sunlight on the skin produces vitamin D3 sulfate is truly a game changer. You won’t find this form of vitamin D on store shelves. Dr. Seneff explains in her article why cholesterol sulfate is the foundational lipid required to make vitamin D3 sulfate in our skin.
She turns the existing paradigm about vitamin D, sunlight, cholesterol and the immune system on its head. Her article strengthens my personal observations that vitamin D3 as a supplement does not provide the same health benefits as the sulfated form of vitamin D.
Dr. Seneff also states the use of statin drugs or relying on vitamin D pills alone as a substitute for sunlight will short change you out of the many benefits of vitamin D produced naturally. She makes a good argument that a deficiency of sulfur is a key factor affecting heart health. She also cites research that Vitamin D2 or D3 in high doses may contribute to hardening of the arteries when used long term.

Is The Skin A Solar-Powered Battery For The Heart?

The following are excerpts from an article by Dr. Stephanie Seneff that was published by the Weston A Price Fdn (
   Dr Seneff:

"The evidence is quite compelling that sunny places afford protection from heart disease. A study described in a 1996 issue of QJ Med. provides an in-depth analysis of data from around the world showing an inverse relationship between heart disease rates and a sunny climate and a low latitude.

“For instance, the cardiovascular-related death rate for men between the ages of 55 and 64 was 761 per 100,000 men in Belfast, Northern Ireland, but only 175 in Toulouse, France.  While the obvious biological factor that would be affected by sunlight is vitamin D, studies conducted specifically on vitamin D status have been inconclusive, with some even showing a significant increased risk for heart disease with increased intake of vitamin D2 supplements.

“I believe, first of all, that the distinction between vitamin D3 and vitamin D3 sulfate really matters, and also that the distinction between vitamin D2 and vitamin D3 really matters. Vitamin D2 is the plant form of the vitamin. It works similarly to D3 with respect to calcium transport, but it cannot be sulfated.

"Furthermore, apparently the body is unable to produce vitamin D3 sulfate directly from unsulfated vitamin D3  (which implies that it produces vitamin D3 sulfate directly from cholesterol sulfate). I am not aware of any other food source besides raw milk that contains vitamin D3 in the sulfated form.

“So, when studies monitor either vitamin D supplements or vitamin D serum levels, they’re not getting at the crucial aspect for heart protection, which I think is the serum level of vitamin D3 sulfate.

“Furthermore, I believe it is extremely likely that vitamin D3 sulfate is not the only thing that’s affected by greater sun exposure, and maybe not even the most important thing. Given that cholesterol sulfate and vitamin D3 sulfate are very similar in molecular structure, I would imagine that both molecules are produced the same way. And since vitamin D3 sulfate synthesis requires sun exposure, I suspect that cholesterol sulfate synthesis may also exploit the sun’s radiation energy.

“Both cholesterol and sulfur afford protection in the skin from radiation damage to the cell’s DNA, the kind of damage that can lead to skin cancer. Cholesterol and sulfur become oxidized upon exposure to the high frequency rays in sunlight, thus acting as antioxidants to “take the heat,” so to speak.

“Oxidation of cholesterol is the first step in the process by which cholesterol transforms itself into vitamin D3. Sulfur dioxide in the air is converted non-enzymatically to the sulfate ion upon sun exposure. This is the process that produces acid rain.

“The oxidation of sulfide (S-2) to sulfate (SO4-2), a strongly endothermic reaction15, converts the sun’s energy into chemical energy contained in the sulfur-oxygen bonds, while simultaneously picking up four oxygen molecules. Attaching the sulfate ion to cholesterol or vitamin D3is an ingenious step, because it makes these molecules water-soluble and therefore easily transportable through the blood stream.

“Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is consistently found in the blood stream in small amounts. As a gas, it can diffuse into the air from capillaries close to the skin’s surface. So it is conceivable that we rely on bacteria in the skin to convert sulfide to sulfate. It would not be the first time that humans have struck up a symbiotic relationship with bacteria.

“If this is true, then washing the skin with antibiotic soap is a bad idea. Photo-trophic bacteria, such as Chlorobium tepidum, that can convert H2S to H2SO4 exist in nature 39, 36, for example in sulfur hot springs in Yellowstone Park. These highly specialized bacteria can convert the light energy from the sun into chemical energy in the sulfate ion.

“Another possibility is that we have specialized cells in the skin, possibly the keratinocytes, that are able to exploit sunlight to convert sulfide to sulfate, using a similar photo trophic mechanism to C. tepidum. This seems quite plausible, especially considering that both human keratinocytes and C. tepidum can synthesize an interesting UV-B absorbing cofactor, tetrahydrobioptin.

“This cofactor is found universally in mammalian cells, and one of its roles is to regulate the synthesis of melanin, the skin pigment that is associated with a tan and protects the skin from damage by UV-light exposure.9 However, tetrahydrobiopsin is very rare in the bacterial kingdom, and C. tepidum is one of the very few bacteria that can synthesize it.

“Let me summarize at this point where I’m on solid ground and where I’m speculating. It is undisputed that the skin synthesizes cholesterol sulfate in large amounts, and it has been suggested that the skin is the major supplier of cholesterol sulfate to the blood stream. The skin also synthesizes vitamin D3 sulfate upon exposure to sunlight.

“Vitamin D3 is synthesized from cholesterol, with oxysterols (created from sun exposure) as an intermediate step (oxysterols are forms of cholesterol with hydroxyl groups attached at various places in the carbon chain). The body can’t synthesize vitamin D3 sulfate from vitamin D3 so it must be that sulfation happens first, producing cholesterol sulfate or hydroxy-cholesterol sulfate, which is then optionally converted to vitamin D3 sulfate or shipped out “as is.”

“Another highly significant feature of skin cells is that the skin stores sulfate ions attached to molecules that are universally present in the intracellular matrix, such as heparin sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, and keratin sulfate.

“Melanin is a potent UV-light absorber, and it would compete with reduced sulfur for the opportunity to become oxidized. It is therefore logical that, when sulfur is reduced, melanin synthesis should be suppressed, so that sulfur can absorb the solar energy and convert it to very useful chemical bonds in the sulfate ion……..

“Why am I spending so much time talking about all of this? Well, if I’m right, then the skin can be viewed as a solar-powered battery for the heart, and that is a remarkable concept. The energy in sunlight is converted into chemical energy in the oxygen-sulfur bonds, and then transported through the blood vessels to the heart and skeletal muscles. The cholesterol sulfate and vitamin D3-sufate are carriers that deliver the energy (and the oxygen) “door-to-door” to the individual heart and skeletal muscle cells.

“Today’s lifestyle, especially in America, severely stresses this system. First of all, most Americans believe that any food containing cholesterol is unhealthy, so the diet is extremely low in cholesterol. Eggs are an excellent source of sulfur, but because of their high cholesterol content we have been advised to eat them sparingly.

“Second, as I discussed previously, natural food plant sources of sulfur are likely to be deficient due to sulfur depletion in the soil. Third, water softeners remove sulfur from our water supply, which would otherwise be a good source. Fourth, we have been discouraged from eating too much red meat, an excellent source of sulfur-containing amino acids. Finally, we have been instructed by doctors and other authoritarian sources to stay out of the sun and wear high SPF sunscreen whenever we do get sun exposure.

“Another significant contributor is the high carbohydrate, low-fat diet, which leads to excess glucose in the blood stream, which glycates LDL particles and renders them ineffective in delivering cholesterol to the tissues. One of those tissues is the skin, so skin becomes further depleted in cholesterol due to glycation damage to LDL.

Editor’s comment: A mistake made by establishment “experts” is that they combine the studies on vitamin D3 capsules and sunlight derived vitamin D3 sulfate into the same scientific soup and equate them as equals - which they are not. While I stopped taking vitamin D3 capsules, I still take a teaspoon of cod liver oil each day. I also tan outdoors (weather permitting) or use an indoor tanning bed.

List of benefits of using apple cider vinegar and Epsom Salt in bathwater increases to 20

June 25 2018
Conrad LeBeau

I am now entering my 6th month using daily therapeutic baths with Apple Cider Vinegar and Epsom Salts as I described in my last newsletter. I am adding 5 more benefits to the list of fifteen I published in my last newsletter. These additional benefits I have observed are-

No 16. A significant improvement in digestive health and colon health.

Stools are no longer narrow, broken in small pieces, or lumpy. There is no constipation, no diarrhea nor straining in bowel movements. No foul odors, no hemorrhoids, and no signs of yeast overgrowth or parasites either. The stools are simply healthy in appearance –

They are smooth, brown, between 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and 6 or more inches long, no curling, and there are no signs of inflammation period. Since the health of the gut is the foundation of both digestive health and immune system function, I can state with certainty that the apple cider vinegar baths are having a very beneficial systemic effect.

No 17. Yeast overgrowth and parasites no longer observed.

The Apple cider Vinegar (ACV) absorbed through the skin is believed to be driving out candida-albicans, yeast ovhe Ozone Solutionergrowth, and the intestines.

No 18. The ACV detox baths support digestive function and with it all major body organs.

The return of normal stool in size and appearance indicates that some of the apple cider vinegar and Epsom salts in the bath water are being absorbed by the skin and are having a systemic effect that is very beneficial to intestinal health. The benefits to all major body organs are probably accumulative over time.

No 19. No more tired or fatigued leg symptoms.

I have noticed the benefits of less muscle and joint pain were better with the combination of ACV and Epsom salts than using either one alone.

No 20. Skin tags shrink and a few have disappeared completely.

Skin tags can appear any almost any part of the body but frequently in areas where there are body creases or where there is an absence of light such as under arm pits. Skin tags are thought to be caused by viruses and are considered harmless.

There are multiple benefits from using ACV and Epsom Salt in bath water. These baths should help a wide range of health issues including: supporting lung function, smell and taste, hearing and brain function, short and long term memory, cardio vascular, candida  overgrowth, cancer, arthritis, rheumatism, carpal tunnel, elevated blood sugar, and nerve related problems including neuropathy.

There are many more benefits from these therapeutic baths that will be discovered as time goes on. ACV used in salads or taken with meals by adding one teaspoon to a glass of water and drinking it 2 or 3 times a day will help with digestion, heart and joint health.

The Ozone Solution to bacteria contamination of fresh foods

Conrad LeBeau
In May, the FDA advised the public to throw out all their Romaine lettuce unless they knew it did not come from Yuma AZ, believed to be the source of e-coli contamination. The problem of fruits or vegetables contaminated with e-coli, salmonella, hepatitis B or other pathogens is that it is a recurring national problem and leads to very economically wasteful recalls. America’s farmers, who barely eek out a living with their hard labor, bear the brunt of these expenses.
The problem of contamination of vegetables or fruit with pathogens that can cause illness and even death is not limited to occasional outbreaks in the United States, but includes products imported from Mexico and other countries.
There are multiple points of intersection in the food supply chain where the washing of fruits and vegetables with ozonated water would end these bacteria, parasites or other microbial outbreaks.

The points of intervention of the fresh food supply chain are –

1. Farms- washing fruits and vegetables with ozonated water before they are shipped.
2. Washing fresh foods with ozonated water at major distribution centers.
3. Grocery stores that already spray many of their vegetables with water should add ozone to the water supply to kill any remaining bacteria or parasites that might remain.
4. Prepackaged fruits and vegetables could be labeled as having been washed with ozonated water, and thus safe to eat and not subject to recalls.

Ozone- Millions of dollars in wasted fresh food inventory could be saved. Why do we foolishly keep throwing lettuce away?

Ozone could make fruits and vegetables nearly 100% safe for all Americans. Ozone is an electrically charged form of oxygen. Oxygen is normally O2. With the use of electrodes through which oxygen or air is passed, the O2 becomes O3, O4, O5 and O6.
As the electrons are released from the electrically charged oxygen atoms, they zap bacteria, fungus, viruses and other pathogens. The Ozone then is reduced back to its natural O2 form, which is in the air we breathe. Even if there are no pathogens to zap, ozone naturally has a short half-life and converts back to its stable O2 form within a few hours.

Milwaukee prevented a repeat of the 1993 cryptosporidium outbreak with Ozone

Ozone is one of the most safe and effective anti-microbial agents known to man. Some cities have added ozone to the purification of their water supple to protect the public from water borne microbes. In April 1993, 403,000 people in Milwaukee were afflicted with a watery diarrhea caused by the parasite – cryptosporidium.  The city found the source of the problem on April 7th – its own water supply was infected with the parasite. Eventually, 69 people died from this outbreak.
Under the leadership of Mayor John Norquist, the city undertook a number of measures to better purify and protect the water supply from pathogens. For the past 25 years, the city’s water has been free from of this parasite and Milwaukee’s use of ozone has made it the safest city water in the nation.

OZOTECH.COM A source of ozonating equipment for grocery stores, distributors and farmers.

Ozotech has manufactured Ozone equipment for the past 30 years and has a wide range of products made here in the United States. This includes small units that cost a few hundred dollars to large units for factories and farms, and even equipment to disinfect a city’s municipal water supply.
A technical expert at Ozotech told me they have a unit called PR220PRO that adds sufficient ozone to water that circulates through it to disinfect any fruits or vegetables that are sprayed with the ozonated water. This unit will spray about .78 Gallons per minute with an ozone concentration greater than .4 parts per million (ppm).
Ozotech’s lab testing have found that every pathogen is killed when subjected to ozonated water greater than .4 ppm. This unit sells for around $1900.
This unit is suitable for grocery stores and fresh vegetable and fruit retailers.

Household Ozone Equipment

In 1991, I purchased an ozone unit from Ozotech Model OZ2PCS for around $600. It is still working great and has never needed repairs. I attached an oxygen tank to it along with a regulator and generally set the flow rate at ½ liter per minute for most purposes.
Today, a new lower cost model suitable for household use that takes up very little space and can be wall mounted is the Ozotech Poseidon 220 Ozone Generator. It sells for about $245. Maximum output is 220 mg ozone per hour. With an oxygen tank attached the output of ozone increases 4 fold to over 800 mg hr.
This is the unit I would buy if and when I ever need another one. For more information, you can contact Ozotech through their website or to find a distributor near you. This unit will work well with either an Aquarium air pump attached or by improvising an oxygen tank by adding a regulator to control volume.
If used to clean an aquarium, you simply attach it to a Ventura that has a vacuum to the circulating air pump and this draws the ozone into the circulating water. To use the Ozone unit for other personal purposes, you will need either need an air pump that has an output of 1 liter per minute (lpm) or a small oxygen tank and an air flow regulator.
The air pumps for aquariums cost very little ($5 to $10). Using an air pump to feed ozone gas into a gallon of water will take about 30 minutes to saturate the water with ozone. The ozonated water can then be immediately used to wash and disinfect fruits or vegetables.
You can also drink the ozonated water for treating intestinal infections or use it in enema water to disinfect and clean the colon.

Innovation - A Low Cost Regulator for Home Use

Using oxygen from a tank leading to the Ozone unit can increase ozone output 4 fold and reduce the time to reach ozone saturation of the water by 75%. (Example: 7 minutes instead of 28 minutes.) I recently discovered a low cost oxygen flow regulator distributed by (800-759-6025) The oxygen flow regulator is item number P21. See photo above The cost is $39.95. The regulator is adjustable from 1/8 liter per minute to 4 liters per minute. The usual setting for most home applications will be ½ liter per minute.
This regulator is similar in construction and function to regulators used on medical grade oxygen tanks. However, the medical grade regulators cost 3 times as much and require a written prescription from a doctor to purchase. The P21 regulator from Williams Brewing Co requires no prescription and can be purchased online as it is marketed for use in making beer and wine.
The P21 regulator is easily adaptable for use with any ozone unit. The P21 regulator can be attached to any oxygen tank that has a CGA 540 output fitting. A small or medium size oxygen tank with a standard CGA 540 input is available at most local welding supply or bottled gas distributors.
You will also need a few feet of plastic hose to connect the oxygen tank to the Ozone unit and a barbed plastic or brass reducer if the input to the ozone unit and output from the regulator are slightly different sizes.
Note:  This is a one-time life long investment. I am still using the Ozone unit and regulator I bought more than 25 years ago.
Note to Medical Doctors: Ozotech makes a suitcase model for use by professionals. It is not listed on their website, so you will have to call them for more information. The model contains a small medical grade oxygen tank. See the 4th edition of the Immune Restoration Handbook, page 140, for information on small medical grade oxygen tanks with a yoke fitting,

Case Report: Vitamin E (at 400 i.u. twice a day) partially reverses Emphysema

Milwaukee, WI A local person (I’ll call him Jeff to protect his identity) who is collecting Social Security reported was told by his doctor last year that there was nothing he could do to reverse the effects of the Emphysema he had. While he had the benefit of a portable oxygen concentrator, he found himself severely winded when he walked more than one city block or walked up a flight of stairs.
About 2 months ago, a friend suggested he take 400 i.u of natural vitamin E daily. According to the Canadian Shute-brother doctors, vitamin E can increase oxygen availability to the heart and cells. These early pioneers in the use of vitamin E recommended vitamin E in daily doses of 200 to 1000 i.u daily for cardiovascular conditions including angina pain and also emphysema.
After taking 400 i.u daily for a month, “Jeff” reported an improvement in his breathing, although it was not back to normal. He then increased the dose to 400 i.u twice a day and the improvement was more pronounced. He states he now knows that the vitamin E at this dosage level is helping his breathing significantly and estimates that his recovery time to catch his breath after exertion has improved by at least 50%. He also says he no has no more panic attacks from an inability to catch his breath.
A local nutritional advisor also suggested he eat a few red beets for TMG or use dimethyl glycine (DMG). DMG will increase the oxygen carrying power of the blood. TMG/DMG is available as a dietary supplement but is also available as a food source from red beets.
Note: In their experience, the Shute brothers reported in their book that a few of their patients had an increase in blood pressure from taking high doses (over 400 i.u. daily) of vitamin E. It is possible that these few cases might have been due to other factors such as stress or increased sodium intake as the primary cause of the increase in hypertension. It would be advisable to monitor blood pressure if taking 400 i.u or more of vitamin E on a daily basis.

McConnell Secures Hemp Farming Act in the Senate Farm Bill

Bipartisan measure would legalize and clearly define hemp as an agricultural commodity and remove it from the list of controlled substances

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) was successful in securing the Hemp Farming Act of 2018 in the Senate Farm Bill, which was released today. Senator McConnell, a senior member of the Senate Agriculture Committee, worked with Committee Chairman Pat Roberts (R-KS), to ensure that his legislation to legalize industrial hemp was included in the farm policy bill.
The Senate Agriculture Committee officially approved the legislation on Wednesday, June 13. Under this bill, Hemp with a THC content of 0.3% or less would be exempt from the Controlled Substances List.
The U.S. Senate committee voted 20 to 1 to reject Sen Grassley’s amendment that would have made CBD oil illegal in the Hemp Farming Act and passed the bill introduced by Sen. McConnell. The bill now goes to the Senate floor! A House version of the Hemp bill was passed last week and I have been told it has a lot of flaws in it. The fight is not over and will be resolved one way or another at the House -Senate conference reconciliation committee.
Assuming the Senate passes its version which is far preferred over the House bill, the people will need to jam the switchboards to get the a good bill passed. There is no resting in this fight until this until it sits on President Trump’s desk and is signed into law.

Growing Kentucky’s Economy with Hemp

Selected Excerpts below -
Senator Mitch McConnell – Majority Leader
“For far too long, the federal government has prevented most farmers from growing hemp. Although it was a foundational part of Kentucky’s heritage and today you can buy products made with hemp at stores across the country, most farmers have been barred from planting it in their fields. I have heard from many Kentucky farmers who agree it’s time to remove the federal hurdles in place and give our state the opportunity to seize its full potential and once again become the national leader for hemp production.
“That’s why I was proud to introduce legislation in the Senate to finally and fully legalize industrial hemp. My bill, which is cosponsored by Senator Rand Paul and the companion of which was introduced in the House by Congressman Comer, will benefit hemp farmers and manufacturers in four important ways.
“First, it will legalize industrial hemp as an agricultural commodity and remove it from the federal list of controlled substances.
“Next, the bill will allow the states to be the primary regulators of hemp farmers and manufacturers,
“Third, this legislation will give hemp researchers the opportunity to apply for competitive federal grants from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
“And finally, our plan will make hemp farmers eligible to apply for crop insurance, enabling them to build a steady business model on a level playing field with other crops.

“In the past, the similarities in appearance between hemp and its illicit cousin have caused confusion. But because hemp only has negligible levels of THC, which is the compound that produces the ‘high’ associated with marijuana, the two plants are actually quite different.

Because of recent research and education, this distinction has become clearer. This legislation only legalizes hemp with a THC concentration of 0.3 percent or less, far below the THC concentration in marijuana.

“A bipartisan coalition supports the expansion of industrial hemp, and I look forward to continuing to work with my partners in Washington and with Kentucky’s farmers to grow hemp’s bright future.

“By legalizing hemp and helping farmers, we can continue to see growth in new and innovative products made with Kentucky-grown hemp across our state and the nation. This is our chance to continue to help our agricultural economy and put more Kentucky-made products on the market. “

Sacred Heart of Jesus Picture

History of the “Feast of the Sacred Heart”

The first feast of the Sacred Heart was celebrated on August 31, 1670, in Rennes, France, through the efforts of Fr. Jean Eudes (1602-1680). From Rennes, the devotion spread, but it took the visions of St. Margaret Mary Alacoque (1647-1690) for the devotion to become universal.
In all of these visions, in which Jesus appeared to St. Margaret Mary, the Sacred Heart of Jesus played a central role. The "great apparition," which took place on June 16, 1675, during the octave of the Feast of Corpus Christi….
In that vision, Christ asked St. Margaret Mary to request that the Feast of the Sacred Heart be celebrated on the Friday after the octave (or eighth day) of the Feast of Corpus Christi, in reparation for the ingratitude of men for the sacrifice that Christ had made for them. The Sacred Heart of Jesus represents not simply His physical heart but His love for all mankind.
The devotion became quite popular after St. Margaret Mary's death in 1690, but, because the Church initially had doubts about the validity of St. Margaret Mary's visions, it wasn't until 1765 that the feast was celebrated officially in France.
Almost 100 years later, in 1856, Pope Pius IX, at the request of the French bishops, extended the feast to the universal Church. It is celebrated on the day requested by our Lord-the Friday after the octave of Corpus Christi, or 19 days after Pentecost Sunday.

Note: The Sacred Heart picture with the 12 promises given to St Margaret Mary and a prayer book are now available from Keep Hope Alive. Many Blessings are promised by Jesus to the home where this picture is displayed and honored.

New 4th Edition of the Immune Restoration Handbook

The new cover design replaces the brown anatomy profile of the 3rd edition with a beautiful front cover of the sun with its healing blue rays and the tri-color triangle representing body, mind and spirit. While 90 to 95% of the book remains unchanged, the 5 to 10% that has changed is significant and justifies a new cover, and an update to the 4th edition.

This first edition of the Immune Restoration Handbook was published in 2003 followed by a second and 3rd edition in 2004. The new edition has a beautifully designed cover, the work of a collaborative effort between myself and a local artist. We are indebted to the Weston A Price Fdn, and Dr. Stephanie Seneff for her most valuable research and writings on this natural form of vitamin D called “vitamin D3 sulfate”

The revised information on vitamin D is covered in Chapter 6. The section on vitamin D3 has been rewritten to reflect our views and those of Dr Seneff. The extended article makes  a convincing case that vitamin D in a bottle is different that the vitamin D3 sulfate produced by direct sunlight. Co-factors like vitamin K2 and vitamin A that make vitamin D work more efficiently, safely and effectively are discussed in the new edition.

The use of the hydrangea herb to reverse calcification of the kidneys and the arteries is discussed. New links are provided to find local doctors who practice nutritional and herbal medicine including Naturopaths (N.D.) and Doctors of Oriental Medicine (OMD).

Several other websites are listed for their vast resources that will benefit the self-empowered individual who seeks to take charge of his own health and destiny. Go to our Order page for more information or to order the 4th edition of the Immune Restoration Handbook.
